If so, as far as i know, teams can only integrates the default calendar with outlook, but other calendars cannot be synchronized between outlook and microsoft.

You can use calendarbridge to sync your other calendars to your default outlook calendar (wither with details, or just “free/busy”) so that all your events show up in the microsoft.
